Savannah Schulz Gutierrez is a third generation resident of Washington County and has grown up working in her family's construction business.

She graduated from Brenham High School, earned an AA degree from Blinn College and a BA degree in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2008.

She has been in the real estate business since 2005 and has enjoyed helping many people make their dreams come true by becoming homeowners. Her construction industry background provides her additional insight and creativity into possibilities for remodeling projects as well as new construction projects.

Raised amidst South Florida's wilds, Lindsey's affinity for nature blossomed alongside her father, a surveyor. Braving swamps and outdoor escapades, she developed a profound love for hunting, fishing, and competitive shooting, earning acclaim as the most decorated female College National Shotgun Shooting Champion.

Retired from competitive shooting, Lindsey found her haven in Fredericksburg, Texas, where her expertise extends from brokering ranches to championing wildlife conservation. As one of the youngest female ranch brokers in Texas, her fusion of outdoor know-how, marketing prowess, and real estate acumen provides clients an unbeatable edge in premier Ranch investments.
